India is witnessing a surge of EdTech startups and investment interest especially in the digital content and platform segments. Number of Indian students going to the UK for higher studies sees a decline in the backdrop of increasing global competition for international students and the UK's scrapping of post-study work visa. Interest-free education loans to increase to INR 22billion compared to INR 8billion in 2014.
