Workforce and Talent Management represent the greatest category, as solutions increasingly seek to service the talent lifecycle.

The vast majority of startups launched in the past 3 years service the workforce sector, an indicator of the demand for continued upskilling, particularly technology skills training. The growing tech skills gap across the region sees Bootcamps and other models continuing to surge, with established teams such as Digital House, Trybe, Crack the Code, along with newer start-ups seeing growth, such as Driven, Henry and AnyoneAI. At the same time, we are seeing the convergence of solutions for training and job placement with teams such as Galena, Gupy, Programa Valentina and Talently.

Brazilian startups take up over a third of the list, followed by Mexico, Colombia, Argentina then Peru.

Similar to last year’s list, Brazil makes up almost 40% of this year’s list with a large, more mature market for EdTech. Mexico almost 20% followed by Colombia, Argentina. Peru and Chile.
