Claudia Newman-Martin is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Public Sector, Social Impact, and Consumer practices. She has significant experience in impact investing, education technology, and economic and workforce development; and focuses on strategy and operational transformation.

Claudia has recently led engagements designing and launching an impact fund, helping a foundation pivot its portfolio post-COVID, and designing economic recovery programs for states. She often works at the intersection of the public and private sectors, designing partnerships that create a quality talent pipeline to fill critical industry labor needs.

Prior to BCG, Claudia co-founded a behavioral economics consulting firm in Nairobi, Kenya; worked as an attorney in Australia; and was a clerk for the Chief Justice of New South Wales.
