Currently, she serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Nahdet Misr Publishing House, a subsidiary of the leading MENA region conglomerate Nahdet Misr Group, which specializes in learning and capability building.

Additionally, Dalia is the Founder andCEO of EdVentures, the first corporate venture capital firm in the MENA region dedicated to the EdTech sector. She is also the Founder and Chairperson of Ta'heal for VET Skills Excellence, which offers tailored vocational education solutions to meet industry-specific demands.

Dalia is actively involved in supporting young entrepreneurs and serves on the boards of prestigious organizations, including Endeavor Egypt, Education for Employment, the Women Entrepreneurs Network, Tiye Angels, and Injaz Egypt.
