Jitin has led and advised numerous education engagements across the globe, and has extensive experience across all education segments, including Education Technology, K-12, Higher Education, Transnational Education, English Language Training, and Corporate Training. Jitin focuses on the firm’s education work in the USA, where he has advised leading clients and investors on marquee deals. He works closely with private equity clients, tertiary institutions, and school companies on investment opportunities, full potential assessment, business plan development, pricing uplift opportunity, and go-to-market strategy.
Jitin brings over 15+ years of experience advising leading private equity (PE) organizations worldwide.
