An accomplished executive with a strong interest in the challenges facing management and education, Dr. Mitchell was a founding member of Alpine Electronics’ U.S.-based research company credited for introducing navigation systems to the U.S. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) market. He also served as general manager/director of a global business unit at Bose Corporation.
Prior to joining IPC, Dr. Mitchell served as the CEO of Golden Key International Honor Society, the world’s premier collegiate honor society. Dr. Mitchell’s academic credentials include a doctorate in higher education management from the University of Georgia Institute of Higher Education, a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor of Science in electrical and computer engineering from Brigham Young University.
A best-selling author, he holds a patent in GPS navigation systems. An accomplished triathlete and Ironman competitor, Dr. Mitchell lives with his family near Atlanta, Georgia.
