Kennon Harrison serves as Head of Corporate Workforce Partnerships at ETS, where he is responsible for oversight of global talent enablement and workforce development partnerships. In this role, he is focused on driving strategy to build and deliver a skills-based talent ecosystem to solve some of the biggest issues in the global workforce today and help deliver solutions to serve the future of work through measurement and research-backed offerings. Harrison joined ETS in 2023 from Revature, a technology talent development company, where he served as Vice President of Workforce Partnerships. He previously held roles at both Emeritus and Academic Partnerships, where he specialized in the structuring, market positioning, and development of online workforce education and degree programs from the undergraduate level to the doctoral level in healthcare, education, business, and IT. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of South Carolina, and lives in Virginia with his wife and two children.
