Dr Victoria Galan-Muros is an expert on higher education policy, management, engagement and innovation. As a leading policy analyst, researcher and advisor working in the interface between universities, business and policymakers in 40+ countries, Victoria has co-authored 90+ technical reports and 60+ academic publications.
She has teaching and research experience in 15 universities of four continents, has designed and facilitated executive training internationally, advised (vice)ministers, rectors and CEOs on higher education and participated as invited/keynote speaker and panelist in 150+ events.
Currently Chief of Research and Analysis at UNESCO International Institute for Higher Education, Dr Galan-Muros is also expert for the European Commission (Brussels), was policy analyst at the OECD (Paris), research director at the Global Institute on Innovation Districts (New York), senior associate consultant at Technopolis Group (London), and policy director at the University-Industry Innovation Network (Amsterdam), among other positions.
