Exhibit 4

This year’s list seeks a sharp swing to more mature startups as the market seeks proven solutions and the funding squeeze impacts earlier stage companies.

Only 15% of this year’s cohort were launched within the last five years, half of which are operating in direct to consumer model, with the remainder B2B. The last two years has seen a very tight funding environment globally for startups, making it difficult for earlier stage startups to secure funding to reach scale.  One quarter of this year's list are between 4-6 years old, most of which have raised a funding round, illustrating the importance of this critical period in a startups growth. Of those startups between 7-10 years, the vast majority are operating B2B models.
